The owner was phenomenal. He gave us tips, advice, and was always available. They have free beach chairs and umbrellas and towels which you can use to take to the beach. They even have sunscreen if you don't bring any. The room was beautifully decorated and super clean. It included a very well equipped little kitchen. Free parking.

Don’t let the word “motel” fool you! This was SO nice. Super clean, pretty, neat, quaint, charming, quiet, beds were SO comfortable! They let you borrow beach chairs and towels to take with you. The location is perfect, minutes from the Dunedin causeway to honeymoon island and also from downtown Dunedin! I definitely will be back again!
The only thing is be careful leaving anything sweet or sugary around as ants will find their way to it but that’s kind of to be expected almost anywhere in Florida. Not a big deal at all. They have covered trash bins outside your room and a refrigerator and microwave and it honestly didn’t bother me.

Smoker sitting outside his room for long stretches would have liked to sit outside on the patio ourselves but didn’t want the second hand smoke out there
