Check in was so easy. We have stayed before and so were familiar with the hotel. Room was good size for father travelling with daughter.

Very clean and had a bar
The ice machine didn’t work on several floors and our room had a leak in the air conditioning unit. The carpet got soaking wet.

Located within a mile of the event we were attending, staff was extremely friendly and helpful without being too over the top. Always clean and comfortable! Stay here every time we visit the Woodlands, which is at least twice a year and plan on being back many many times in the future. Will never stay anywhere else, ALWAYS Crowne Plaza!!

The staff was wonderful; the bartender was amazing and the facility was great.
The lack of AC in the elevator, hall and in the downstairs restrooms.
