The location. The lobby was the only thing that was clean.. The beds were comfortable. It had a kitchen area.
My room was dirty. There was spots on the wall spots on the cabinets. They have not been cleaned the door handles to the bathroom in the bedroom. We’re in this repair with a jacket screw hanging out of it. Carpet was matted and filthy the sofa as well.

Property is very clean, updated and has multiple conveniences such as breakfast, laundry and a large pool. Anything that we had to ask for such as towels for the pool, was supplied to us promptly.
Water temperature in the rooms was inconsistent which could be frustrating. Employees discontinued bringing breakfast items out more than half an hour prior to scheduled end time. Pool area was often without towels. Room’s are only cleaned on certain days which is inconvenient for multi-night stays with several people on one room.

The staff were all friendly and polite.
There were stains on the carpet and mattress. A grease spot was on the headboard. The previous person was smoking in the bedroom, and there was a bag covering the smoke detector. Also the pool area needed more ventilation and the ceiling was covered in mold.
