Perfect water front location with a great view. Staff was very helpful and the rates were very reasonable for the busy season. Also having a bar on site that was open late and had live music was a huge plus.
Parking was limited when the restaurant was busy but I was always able to find a spot so it was a minor inconvenience at most.

The location is wonderful, directly at the lakeshore. Plenty of opportunities for water sports or hiking because Potawatomi state park is right next door. Equipment such as jet skis can be rented onsite. The adjacent restaurant Mary's is good and offers fish boil on certain days. Very close to Sturgeon Bay and Morning Glory cafe, a great place for breakfast.
Although clean with a good size bathroom, a microwave, and fridge-freezer, our room had a bad musty smell when we entered it. We had to open the door to the sit-out and switch on the fan at full blast. The smell did improve a bit over time, but didn't fully disappear. The room needs to be fully aired for a few days and the carpeting needs to be switched out.

Staff was great. Very friendly. Cozy family feel all around. So glad we found this place over the hoity toity places we saw around
