The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given great recommendations for dining and things to do.

The cleanliness of the Catalina Inn was disappointing. The hallways had trash in them, and the carpets looked like they had not been cleaned in a very long time. There was also a lot of trash on the balcony, so it was not a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the view. We had just finished hiking the TCT and came back for an early night, but the TV kept glitching and cutting in and out while streaming. The pillows were completely flat and worn out, and there were stains on the bedding. Overall, the room and common areas did not feel clean or well-maintained.

Good location and friendly staff. Pretty clean and pleasant. Rhe A/C really cooled the room well.

Room was a bit small. We had the bunk bed room. For the price, it would have been nice to have a bigger room.

Location

The room is soo tiny compared to what was mentioned in the description. There was fan but it was not working , the shower is not for ppl who is more than 180 lbs.
