bed was comfortable. Clean. No contact check in is impersonal but convenient. Nice to have complimentary bikes. We used them in town.
No view. Prefer having an employee on site. Also, coffee machine ran over. The top fill line is for 2 cups of coffee!

This is my third time staying at New Haven Inn. I love the atmosphere and ambiance. Our room had an outside patio area with a tabletop fire pit. We enjoyed sitting outside, sipping on hot cocoa.
There really isn’t anything to dislike. The main town shopping district is a brief walk up the road. The location is great.

I like the location. I like that it was clean.
The air conditioner stops working at night.. literally after midnight it goes off and would not turn back on until 9am as I was leaving. The room was hot. I opened all the windows but had to keep the shades down to keep the lights outside from coming in the room. I woke up and never slept again.. it was so hot and I sweat. Why have a air conditioner if you can’t use it at night which is the most important time to be kept cold. One needs 3 things for sleep, quiet, darkness and cold. I wanted to stay here again but without air it is impossible to do so. Too hot….
