Great location. Very clean. Modern. Liked the shuttle. Convenient.
Different understanding front desk clerk. Had a long hike to the room while pushing a heavy cart. We’re elderly. Someone to help would have been nice.

The location was close to the Mall of America. The food was good and the bar drinks were good.
They didn’t honor the room we booked and when we complained that we weren’t in the right room they told us they were totally booked and if we weren’t happy then call Booking. We booked and paid for our room 9 months prior.
