Kent Island Resort

Location and grounds including swimming pool.

Bed was a little bit sloping from middle to side.

The design of the room and quality of it

The pool was a lot of dead insect in it, the restaurant close early and on Mondays, house keeping and grass start working early and they charge me extra after I paid in booking and I have no idea that they will charge or I would find another hotel

The property is beautiful and serene, we went on a weekday so it wasn’t crowded, which was great. Beds were very comfortable, nice sheets and toiletries.

room could have used attention to a few details

Very pretty and quiet location. Lots of nice birds. Loved our front verandah.

We felt nickel and dimed. Had paid in full on Booking only to be told when we got there it would be $17 more dollars. Clearly not the end of the world but it was their error, they should have absorbed it or offered us a free drink or something. I asked for a quiet room and they put us over the driveway area. It was quiet because there were few other guests but not the right location for a quiet room. And, I'm not sure why we paid a $30 resort fee when most of the resort amenities were still closed. Between the $17 extra charge, the resort fee when the facilities weren't active...you see my point
