This was the last time we booked Homewood Suites.

The hotel offered a room for 4 persons which we booked through Booking.com, but got a room equipped for 2 persons only. No support from front desk with the excuse that this is the fault of Booking.com and not a problem the Homewood Suits should fix for us guests. Very disappointing for us. Homewood Suits won‘t be an option anymore for us.

I originally booked for 2 nights but I decided to just stay one night. So I changed my reservation to one night and got a confirmation from both booking.com and the hotel. I showed up on a Saturday that I was confirmed for and they said they don't have a room for me. That I was supposed to be there Friday night. Which was not true. I had confirmation for Saturday. So they charged me a no show fee . The hotel put the blame on booking.com and washed their hands of it. They didn't help me at all. Booking.com did help me get my money back and was helpful with my questions.

Exceptional

Beautiful, spacious room, great location, staff was fantastic.

Extremely hot in the hallways and only one elevator all the way at the other end. The pictures on booking are NOT of the studio suite.

Very comfortable stay

Big room, updated and tastefully decorated with kitchenette, comfortable bed and big shower that had strong water pressure

Breakfast offerings were disappointing and pool was closed for maintenance, a disappointment as I planned to use it.

the complimentary breakfast has no bacon lol and the elevator makes creepy sounds

It was awessome!!!!

Brian at front dest was very pleasant. Every thing was so clean and comfortable. I ate breakfast out side and enjoyed the weather and the comfort of seats.

Was a convenient place to stay to visit family.

The king size room was great, lots of room, kitchen if we wanted to cook. Room was quiet, no outside noise.

Could use some bleach cleaning in the tub, lots of "black" areas. Breakfast was just ok, usually warm at best.

Room was great in size and clean.

Pool was not available for use as advertised and no notice or warning by the management of the hotel on the website or on booking.com to let people be aware. Just be careful everyone. Breakfast was average, but will do.

Something that provides me no motivation to come back to this place for my regular office trips.

Pretty standard, average breakfast. Getting very monotonous. Hilton needs to do more to stand out as elite. How is this different from Days inn?

Staff was laid back. I had to ask for my Gold card benefits. Gave me water and said they did not do snacks. Coffee was cold, and no care to have hot water or milk/ creamer refilled. Pretty minimalistic approach.

I loved my entire stay

it was nice and clean, there were no garbage or bad smells throughout the building and it was quiet

the elevator door on the far right is squeaky. opens slowly and sounds scratchy

Comfortable bed but bring your sound machine!

We liked the front desk staff and the comfortable bed and pillows.

The shower room was very dark, the road noise was over the top and the breakfast offerings were reduced on weekends (no yogurt, no fruit salad, no real coffee cups, plastic silverware only).

It was overall a very comfortable stay and I will most likely stay there again.

Easy and friendly check in. Nice room. Continental breakfast.

The shower door was difficult to maneuver and the carpet in the living room area was quite frayed.

Well worth the money, and I would certainly stay there again if I was in the area.

I Didn't stay for breakfast, but it looked very good. The staff were extremally friendly and helpful. The suite was large and spacious, and frankly, I couldn't find much wrong with it. A really nice venue, and well worth the price.

It was a little big, and it seemed a long walk form the reception to my room. I would recommend that other guests ask for a suite near the reception. The only other niggle was that the office furniture in the suite had wheels, and as the floor in that area was tiled, it was difficult keeping the furniture from moving.
