I was very happy that there were rooms available at that late hour. We were not happy at the Baymont and were looking for someplace else to go and your location was very nice. A huge improvement over where we were even though we had to sacrifice a nights stay at the Baymont. It was well worth it because we got a good night Sleep at your place thank you.
I haven’t been happy with the breakfast at a hotel in a long time, whether it’s the Baymont, the Hampton Inn or your place the eggs are not desirable. The rest of it was fine, but to me the main course is the eggs. I don’t understand why you can’t just serve plain old scrambled eggs instead of those whatever it is. I don’t even know what they are, but the hotels down in Florida serves scrambled eggs and it makes the whole breakfast experience much more enjoyable.

Location
Not a single hook in the tiny bathroom and the shower door didn’t seal. Sink area too small

Great location for my work
Battleship gray paint in rooms. Shower leaked around the door and had no niche for soap or shampoo. Only light in bath is a lighted mirror
