The place was clean and well taken care of. The cleaning staff were nice
Managing to squeeze a toilet and shower into a former closet...It's kind of pushing the envelope of practical..Luckily i'm not obese.

Big loft size room. Close to restaurant and beaches.
Not the best area of Long Beach. Parking in the back alley was an additional $25.00.

The staff was friendly
We had some broken fixtures in our room including a lamp and the mini-split AC unit above the door, but there was a portable AC window unit in place, so the room was only hot for the first 5 or 10 minutes after arrival.

This is 3-4 story building with NO elevator. If you have luggages, you will have to drag it yourself to your room, like we did, unless your room is downstairs. Receptionist did not offer help. Will be helpful to future guest if this information is included about the hotel.
