Excellent staff, break fast

Lacked daily cleaning of room.

I like the close proximity to everything from bars, restaurants, and the beach. I like that they don’t allow LA residents to stay here which is why you don’t see a lot of sketchy people here like you do at other hostels in LA. I like the water pressure from our shower in our room. I also like the community engagement and social events hosted by the staff.

The only thing I disliked from this hostel is waking up in the morning with my shirt drenched in sweat. There’s no fans and proper air ventilation in the bedrooms especially in this summer heat.

The hammock in the hallway was nice. The property is close to everything I loved the neighborhood. The night life was so good and fun. Lots of beautiful views and the beach was so clean I’m highly impressed and can’t wait to visit hermosa beach again

Didn’t feel secure my lock (dead bolt) on my door didn’t work. When I called to inquire about the property staff advised that I rent a car so that I could get to things. However, parking was a nightmare and very expensive. The staff should never have advised me to rent a car. Everything was close by and within walking distance. I’m confused why she advised me to rent a car. I wasted about $400 for rental fuel and parking.
