Nice room and comfortable bed and bathroom. Amenities in the bathroom were good.
The phone did not work in the room. I had to go to front desk. The manager told me to check the attachment of the phone to the wall. I did and it was hooked up. They never came to check it. When I gave them my cards at checkout, I told them to take the time to check the phone in the room I stayed in.
I didn't expect to have to pay for coffee and breakfast. My assumption was that it would be complimentary, considering the price of the room, and that other hotel chains provided from breakfast and coffee.
