This hotel was Amazing. Everything was so nice and clean, the staff was super friendly. They had in the lobby water with lemon and cucumbers and some snacks. The room was wonderful, and comfy. The beds and the bathroom was amazing as well. The breakfast was fantastic we loved everything about it. This will be def the place to stay next time I come back to SAT.

Great location in The Rim, facilities were clean and modern. A big plus that breakfast was included. I especially appreciated the staff being attentive to my request not to give out any info about my presence there as a solo traveler. Free parking was also great.
I think this is inevitable but currently there are renovations going on at the hotel so there's are some noticeable things about that i.e. taped up/boarded elevator. Noise was not a factor.
