I want my money back for the entire stay. staff was rude to me and then charged me , I did not sta

This stay was an extension to the previous one and guess what ? I was woken up to security at 9 am telling me to leave immediately. I was still charged for this stay that I did not have the privilege of staying at

The employees were friendly and very respectful. I think if anyone is traveling thru Portland and VANCOUVER and need somewhere to lay your head , you should go to RODEWAY INN AT JANTZEN BEACH.

A true Ghetto Hotel in Portland

The staff was friendly, but rough That was the ONLY thing that was remotely decent about this place.

The bed was EXTREMELY HARD, which caused serious back issues(sleeping on the ground would have been more comfortable). The first 2 nights that we were there we fought with ants in our dogs water and food, the ice machine even had ants in it, I'm aware thats its a pet friendly motel but there nasty stains in the hallway and elevator the carpet in the room gross and the hallway always smelled.of weird smells. And there where people running through the parking lot yelling and making noise, most nights in to early morning, the front desk rarely answered the phone if you had an issue. They need to seriously spend some money and renovate the hotel and get new furniture I'm not sure how they are even still open as there are so many health and safety violations. basically if your considering this place run.

The bed did sink in in the middle and the coffee pot in the rooms water tank was mildly dirty

Had to pay an extra 5 dollar processing fee when I got there what was that about since I already payed There was no cups in the room , and there was no turntable in microwave

The friendly staff and courteous check in.

No breakfast offered. Shower had weak water pressure.

Dirty room, holes in the bathroom wall, no luggage rack, large gap under the door, stains in the carpet, dirty shower curtain and no ice machine on the upper floors.

I won’t be staying again

Every room has a balcony.

My room wasn’t clean when I checked in. Crumbs and trash on the floor, desk was sticky, no towels, no toilet paper, our sink leaked and our bathroom floor was covered in water, can’t smoke on the balcony even though it’s outside, and the lobby locks at night so you have to aimlessly walk around the building outside if you want to get back in and find a random door that lets you in with a key.

Helpful staff, great stay. We will be back!

Only one lady working the front desk on a busy night. I didn’t catch her name but she was very sweet. Made check in super easy and gave us extra coffee for our room. The view from our room was also beautiful, we spent lots of time on the patio. Will definitely be back!

There was dirty underwear behind the dresser the room had a string smell of tabacco and stale cigars the door latch was broken so the door didnt lock

Unfortunately I will NOT be staying at this location again.

The property is located next to a shopping center and other Hotel’s.

The building needs to be fully renovated. The windows are single pane, the carpet through the building is badly stained, torn and from the 1980’s. The fans in the rooms are not adequate enough to circulate the air, nor are the air conditioning units big enough to keep the walls from getting damp. The entire building smells like mold and from the looks of it, the best way to hide it is to paint over it. The decor is out dated, bath tubs are stained, hair clogged and blocked the water drain while taking a shower. The mattresses are completely stained,, so they try to hide it by putting a mattress pad on the top. The is more to add, but I think you get the gist of what I am saying.

Security was not your issue it's the rude staff

They harassed anyone visiting me, to the point of threatening to kick us out if my friend came back to the premises. Totally uncalled for and unprofessional at least
