Breakfast and servers of the breakfast were excellent, specifically servers of the breakfast, for the weekdays Tariq and weekend server. I thank them a lot for making our stay the most enjoyable. I must also mention front desk supervisor, she was also excellent. Their professional, experience and kindness were superb... The hotel manager is very lucky to have them !!!

checkin experience and the follow ups of this experience were not pleasant, specifically the way that the conflict between my reservation with booking.com and the hotel's record were not matched and not handled adequately by both the Hotel and Booking.com. Just because my booking was through a third party, namely booking.com, I felt like such a third party booking/business is not honored as well as the ones made directly with the hotel. Here I must also mention that booking.com did not help at all on this matter, did not honor the reservation. Hence it is not all about the Hotel as booking.com should also could have helped with the matter as it was their reservation in the first place.

Clean, great made to order breakfast.

Didn't have the buffet because they only have it when they reach a certain occupancy. Would have liked to have known that ahead of time. We were able to order off the menu, and the food was very good.

Another server for food. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. Were slow to refill coffee/water station.
