Had an excellent breakfast and the hotel was close to everything. Shops, etc.
When we arrived we didn’t get the room we booked before our stay. It had been changed without our knowledge. The room could have been a little cleaner. There was food on one of the chairs. You could hear people stomping around on the floor above us!

Spacious room and nice kitchenette.
This was the rudest front desk experience in recent memory. We got to our room to find it was not the type we booked and we had to argue with her and show her our booking.com reservation before she relented and switched our room to one similar to our reservation, all the while saying we should be calling booking.com to handle this mix-up. Hah right. Then in the new room we noticed the gutter outside the window was hanging down and ready to blow off. My husband went down to alert the front desk but she just laughed it off, oh yeah someone is coming in the morning. Um ok, bu that could kill someone or hit a car parked below. Indeed, in the morning we saw it had fallen into the parking lot. Since I'm on a rant, I'll say the room was dirtier than I expected (dead lady bugs and other beetles in the carpet, window sill and TV stand) and the bathroom door was like a barn door and had an awkwardly large gap between it and the wall that disallowed privacy, and let out light which is annoying when you're trying tp sneak around in the morning and not wake your toddlers. We were underwhelmed by the breakfast as compared to other similarly priced hotels. Anyway, we will not be back.
