Loved the cottage. It was hot but we still had fun. The beds were comfortable. Loved the air conditioner. The staff was wonderful. The checkin was easy. John was very helpful. We got there early and had to wait til 4pm to checkin, but that was ok. Loved the bunnies. They were everywhere.
The hot weather. I know you don't have control over the weather. Too bad the pool wasn't open.

Very quiet with cute fluffy bunnies.
My favorite part was the cute bunnies. We would go for walks and count the bunnies. The staff was also great.
The pool was broken. Looks like according to their site it should be functional next year.

Over priced for not being clean.
It cottage was beautiful! Staff was very sweet and kind!
It could use some deep cleaning! Would be nice to have the umbrella for the table outside. Tripping hazard for any and all ages with tree limbs laying around! The door lock was broken.

see above.
The staff was great and seemed very well organized! Super friendly store employee and park ranger manager. They were very attentive to our complaints.
cottage was VERY small, with almost zero living space (the pictures and description seemed larger) - no bedding available upon a very late arrival night of check in. My grown son had to sleep all cramped up on a tiny built in bunk bed (sized for small child) with ZERO bedding (and it was extremely cold outside that night.) It was awful! The other room only had a full-sized bed (not queen from what we could tell), and was outfitted with only a very flimsy cover/quilt on top for warmth (which we gave to our son so he had something to cover up with.) Very poor linen situation, and the couch that was supposed to be a fold out bed was disgusting! It was filled with crumbs and dirt underneath the cushion, and the top was visibly LUMPY and in very poor condition - I didn't even want to sit on it, let alone use it for a bed. Coffee maker basket was gross - my husband had to clean it before use. All in all, the accommodations were WAY overpriced at nearing $200 per night! I was super disappointed and felt it was a complete waste of $200 - nobody slept the first night, and we canceled the rest of our stay there. We ended up staying at the Red Lion in Bend (for approx $110 / night) and had a fabulous rest of our trip.

Would not recommend!
I liked that we were not sharing a wall with neighbors. I liked the full kitchen.
We were not in #1, rather #3. The TV in the living room was not connected to satellite and the remote was missing batteries. The floor had not been mopped and was filthy. I had to mop it. The tub drain was mostly clogged. One of the smoke detectors battery was out and we couldn’t fix it, on the ceiling. There was no bedding for the bunk beds. The “playground” was only swings and one small metal structure. The second “playground “ was a wood structure with many activities, BUT it was downwind of the outhouses!!!! There were more missing boards on the structure than boards are attached. The pool was closed and to be demolished. In general, the campground is run down and not maintained. We feel that we paid way too much. We will not recommend. We will not be back.
