the room we stayed was a little dusty but i couldn’t believe that they charge for a bottle of Aqua Fina water 4.00 we didn’t use them so went down the lobby to get some water bottle s we couldn’t find the ice machine but other then that we enjoyed our stay
the smoking it was very bad for my eyes since i suffer from dry eye and my asthma didn’t have any masks until we were checking out we saw them but the people that were standing there with the bottle waters didn’t even mention it

Great place on the way to Yosemite National Park! Nice rooms. Also won $800 which was a great bonus!
Ait conditioning was a bit noisy in the room for some time.

The two front desk ladies, one check in the other check out were helpful and pleasant. Multiple dining choices. Good customer service from valet department. Helpful and efficient concert staff.
Better signage and additional staff at front desk, especially knowing it was a 3 day holiday and concert. Issue with nightstand sensor lights coming on and off when we were trying to sleep. Attempted to reach front desk but continued to get caught in a loop. Spoke to the same operator 4 times, had a don't care attitude. Finally reached front desk and they said they would contact engineering. When they couldn't give an approximate time frame i spoke to a manager. He said to unplug the light, but there's no plug visible. I told him that and he offered to come to the room, i declined as didn't see the point. He's said he could send housekeeping to bring a towel to cover it. I paid for a triple superior room; got room 310 and it overlooked the entrance driveway. Phone cord had a grimy dusty buildup on it and bathroom door wasn't clean. Very disappointing.
