The staff
Our bathroom was not that clean. We even think there were blood spots in the toilet and floor. Thank God we always bring some cleaning supplies with us.

Convenience…pool was ok…free breakfast..
Coffee was cold…ran out each morning…attendant was not very accommodating or friendly. Our room was not cleaned after 3 nights. We had to go down to get towels late at night because they had not cleaned our room.

The hotel property is conveniently located to a few restaurants and easy to access the highways etc. The property has an excellent continental breakfast.
The hotel room we specifically stayed in had an issue with the AC/HVAC system. When we checked into the room it was set at 72 degrees, we changed it to 67 degrees and the thermostat said to contact the front desk. After contacting the front desk and having an associate come check out the thermostat, nothing was resolved. The AC unit would stay on for approximately two mins at a time and wasn’t cooling down the room.
The shower had a really high pitched squeak when turned on.
