Disappointing

Close to good restaurants and easy access to freeways and surrounding tourist spots.

Rude desk person. Outlet didn't work in the bathroom, no rod in the closet, wet slippery floors on check-in. Looks like the employees don't care about the property.

I like the cleanliness of the bathroom and fridge. The bathroom was bigger this time which my daughter loved🥰.. Thank you for always giving us exceptional service 😊

I didn't like is they don't have closet and don't have dry for the hair no ìron

Very poor

Location and availability

No front office. No coffee maker. Dirty and stained curtains. Torn bed sheet. We were there for a night so that I,an anesthesiologist could be available to do operations starting at 7:30. Emergency road closure prevented me from getting to my home. Our region was offering discounts for this kind of hardship.The manager refused to give a discount. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

went to Watsonville for a sports tournament. For the price, it was a great value. the staff was very nice the rooms we

great location and clean room. beds were firm

it is a no frills kind of place. no closet, no hooks on the wall to hang clothes, one chair for 4 guests. there was no hot water @ 7:00 AM when I wanted to shower. it recovered by 8:30 AM.

Very good

It's clean, it has a microwave and refrigerator and the room was spacious.

The reception staff is a bit unpleasant, they treat you in a bad way. although it is not always there was one that attended well.

Mattress was terrible, linen were stained. The walls and baseboards were dirty.

bathroom tub faucet was not working properly unable to turn to control the hot water , but all other things were ok .

For a basic place and to not break the bank, it's okay.

I like the location a lot, 2 very good breakfast locations, grocery outlet within a very short walk and a good fish restaurant in the same parking lot with a bar... What's not to like...!

M6 for the same price has no microwave or refrigerator... This place could use better and faster WiFi.

Rooms where dirty, gross. The walls n floors are dirty and stained. Restrooms where not cleaned AC did not work. no Wi-Fi. A lot of delinquents outside rooming the area.

it worked for that weekend but probably not staying here again.

didn’t like much about it. we stayed here because it was the only hotel with vacancy.

it was over priced but we did book during a holiday.

The receptionist was apparently inconvenienced by us at check-in. Not friendly at all. Parking is terrible at best. Not happy.

The area was perfect because is was near the funeral home

The sheets were stained and the lady was a little rude at the front desk the guy was super nice

The beds need updating and newer sheets and comforts.

Wasn’t cleaned properly.. has vomit stains and roaches. There was a lot of noise outside, bunch of people gathered up
