Cost, location and staff. Small frig, and micro
Pretty run down, outside hall carpet, filthy and smelly. My toilet moved a lot, bed sheets and pillows stained & old. Towels as well old and ruff.

Location was good, near a movie theater, and many other stores and restaurants.
Pool was clean.
Room was very small. No dressers for clothes. Walls were thin. You can hear neighbors talking, or walking thru hallways. Back door to hotel would not close properly, so it was open at all times and connected to stairway.
And although nice, they gave guests a “free gift,” which was a travel sized areal deodorant.
