Room had air quality issues

Good location; quiet room; comfortable bed

1) The major problem with my second floor room was its air circulation. The room’s HVAC unit apparently wasn’t drawing in any fresh air from outside, & it didn’t have a controller that could be toggled from recirculate to drawing in fresh outside air. I had a portable CO2 meter with me; after the first night the room’s air was measuring 2,000ppm CO2, way too high. Fortunately I could open the room’s window to get fresh air. Two of the front desk personnel to which I reported the situation never followed up with me. The third employee send he would send maintenance to “change the filter.” If maintenance did that, it didn’t fix the increasing CO2 levels anytime I closed the window. 2) I only had intermittent success connecting to the motel’s wi-fi, impacting my ability to get some work tasks completed. 3) So-so room cleaning (there was a mystery brown stain on the seat of the desk chair—I put a towel on the chair before sitting on it for peace of mind).

just and overall very nice hotel with a great location.

breakfast was good and kept fresh. the location was easy to find and to get in and out of. the staff there was very friendly greeted us quickly and made sure everything was to our liking and our needs were met

more towel in the room at time of arrival. When I asked for more I was gladdly supplied with them no questions asked.

Nice and clean with great location and helpful staff!

It was in a convenient location, next to fast food restaurants and shopping stores. The staff was great and very helpful. The property seemed fairly new so the rooms were really nice and clean.

had small bugs on the table where we had our snacks, I hope they were ants. the coffee pot I think is mad for instant coffee I bring fresh ground coffee. i

Love Best Western but this property was a bit noisy.

The lobby and main area of the hotel was immaculate. very well lit, clean, and all new. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The property sits at the corner of the two main drags through Tahlequah so it was extremely loud and noisy with all the traffic. The shower head was hanging out of the wall so you had to hold it to take a shower, the vent in the bathroom didn’t work, and the air conditioner wouldn’t kick on unless you set it to 64 degrees. Even though it was almost 90 outside.

Best place in Tahlequah for the $$$

The bed was super comfortable, Brandy (Brandi ?)at front counter was very friendly and professional . Free use of charging station for my hybrid vehicle was a plus also.

Sasha at the front desk was very personable and friendly. She did a wonderful job accommodating any of our needs.

The hotel has some moisture issues they were blowing out. Many of the rooms had a slight foul odor due to the moisture.

bed was comfortable

floor above squeaked late into night. a/c unit sounded like an old unbalanced washing machine. area around parking lot not well kept up.

The night clerk was great and greeting with a smile.

Breakfast could of been better...Was out of items and service to fix breakfast was slow.
