I like the room and the location
Elevators didn’t work, the room wasn’t clean and had dirty towels still there, hair on the bathroom counter, we had to walk towels down to get new without a proactive explanation at check in, and 2 of the three staff encountered were not polite nor were they eager to meet our needs. Staff smoking at the entry way. So that’s your first experience.
