I didn't like much of anything

The guy at checked was very hard to understand due to his strong accent. He tried hard and I'm glad for him that he has a job

You guys need to take your name off of this property.. the place is a crack house and it's used as a motel for people to live in.. I took pictures just in case you would like proof.. it's so bad we left and stayed at the Best Western for 14 dollars more

Never again!

Staff was terrible! Didn’t know how to use computer system. Charged us twice. Rooms run down , need up grade. Noise all night long from partiers in another room.

The stay was fair and the staff were nice, needs more attention to cleaning and maintenance.

The location was decent and close to a good diner.

The toilet would not flush properly so we didn't use it too much, There was hair in the sink from the last occupant. It was not very clean.

Disappointing

Close to Elmer's restraunt

T.v had no signal and couldn't get it to work. Couldn't use all the entry or exit doors. Air conditioner front fell off.

Nice staff but crap hotel

The walls are super thin, we were awoken at 7 am by the person in the room next to us talking on the phone, it was very loud, also we were on the ground floor so you hear people walking above you and the hard loud sound of the water from the shower. Breakfast was ok but not much to it, waffles and 2 kinds of cereal with bread, an open jug of milk for cereal and you aren’t allowed to eat in your room $50 fine if you do. TV didn’t work, staff helped us with that, took them about 30 seconds but once the tv is off it re sets and doesn’t work again, they need instructions.

it was dirty and run down . the room smelled like mildew really bad and there were stains all over the bedding. sketchy people that looked like they were living there . horrible I would NOT recommend. the fan in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling as was the smoke alarm.

Bed was very comfortable, bedroom and tv good. the tub and shower needs updating, The room was clean

Breakfast was alright . The waffles were good

I do not like microwaving tea a thermos of hot water that had been boiled would have been good.

Horrible, the room was so gross that I left and paid for a different hotel. I did get a refund.

Nothing, I checked out shortly after checking in and got my money refunded.

There was no staff. The maintenance guy was also working the front desk and had to be called on a phone, which he rarely answered. The key machine was not working so I had to be let into my room when I got there and when I got back from dinner. The hotel is extremely run down. The ceiling of the hallway had drywall patches and water stains from a leaking roof. The room was filthy, stains all of the walls, mildew on the bathroom ceiling and moldy shower caulking. The comforter had stains and the pillows were yellow and appeared dirty. It was the worst hotel I have ever been to.

Dirty, run down embarrassment to its owners!

Location. Proximity to event.

Dirty, un-vacuumed floors. Dirty mirrors. Soap residue on sink from last tenant. Trash behind refrigerator. The only outlet by the sink did not work. Pillows were wadded up on the bed like someone had been using them. Bed skirt wadded up and tucked into mattress. Employee's comments were that owers refuse to put any money into property so it is run down and dirty. Will not stay there again!

it was conveniently located to the school.

they were very under staffed that day and I understand how hard it is to get help these days but the rooms were well worn and the bathroom was not clean. we just suffered through because of the crazy staffing issue. they were doing their best and the guy who checked us in was a mess.

Don't stay here

Absolutely nothing.

The window rattled all night, the door wouldn't lock, the shower wouldn't drain, the room was dungy dirty and really tired. The TV wouldn't work, and office was locked up.

Property in desperate need of complete remodel, top down. Cannot recommend.

The bed was relatively comfortable. The staff was nice.

I don't even know where to start. You don't turn a Rodeway Inn into Days Inn simply by hanging a banner. I was completely and utterly disappointed in every way possible. You have permanently destroyed your brand with me.

I hope they find a way to improve the facilities.

The best part of the stay is that the staff was incredibly, the bed was comfortable and the location was convenient.

We had a one night stay on our way to another destination and were disappointed in the hotel for these reasons; facilities were quite run down, tv didn't work, wifi was weak, and breakfast consisted of cereal, toast, and other carb loaded stuff. I am diabetic so I don't start my day with such things. Not so much as a hard boiled egg was available. I ended up going out for breakfast.
