This is the worst hotel I've been at so far. Definitely not worth the over priced rooms and $50 depo

For breakfast they just give you one snack. That's it.. and some coffee that is disgusting

The hotel shower was disgusting and the shower head looked like it was about to fall off. The floors were cracked and dirty. The sink was disgusting. Lighting was horrible and had like 3 different lights with 3 different colors. The bed was so flimsy and not comfortable at all. There was roaches. And the customer service sucked. The towels we got were stained before we even used them.

Hotel was good, had everything you need in the room.

The electricity went out in a part of the city, we had no electricity all night, did not use any of the amenities due to that. I understand it’s not the hotel’s fault, but no reimbursement or discount was given to us at all.

Exceptional

They had perfect customer service ! Both gentlemen that help me and my fiancé check in were very helpful. The room was very clean and organized! The area is very quit barely heard anything ! The A/C worked perfect!

a nightmare

only that is was close to where we needed to go.

told to wait to check in while someone vacumned. stairs and 2nd floor walk were grimey. roach in the bathroom. huge fight next door 2nd night (not the hotel's fault but just know it's a street motel), room ok, bed ok, air conditioner noisy all night. a nightmare

perfect getaway stay that is very clean and exceptional areas!

everything. the staff was very acclimating and anything u needed they were exceptional at helping me with. perfect location. great rooms and exceptionally clean!

parking is the only negative.

Very good

This place was exactly what I needed to recover after getting sick. It's close to the El Cajon Station and a 7 Eleven is close by too. I was skeptical as the ratings are not that good, but the room was modern, clean and convenient. It had everything I needed for my 2 nights stay.

Staff wasn't at the reception until 10am which made checkout or extension complicated. Checkin could be faster.

The shower was really nice and it was very clean. They supplied in room coffee and water as well as a good sized fridge and microwave.

It smelled strongly of fabulosa cleaner.

old motel with upgrades, but downgrades on the people level

upgrades were noticeable and pleasantly surprising. shower was great, especially water pressure.

I was in town for a memorial and was called and told to check in, IN PERSON, before losing my reservation, staff was rude, deposit requirement was ridiculous with a 2-5 day refund? bribe for yelp and google reviews? embarrassing!
