The Lismore Hotel Eau Claire - a DoubleTree by Hilton

Located right in the heart of downtown Eau Claire. Room/hotel was very clean and comfortable. Bed linens were nice

Reception staff weren't overly friendly. Greeted with a scripted greeting trying to upsell to a more expensive room rather than any welcomed with any personality or warmth. No breakfast available. Not even a tea or coffee station. The bathroom towels weren't very nice. Felt like what you'd get at a super cheap budget motel

The rooftop bar was overrun with spiders.

The breakfast was OK. The Dive bar was nice with very good service. The staff was attentive.

The breakfast was OK. The lobby bathrooms were terrible. Dirty and not working properly. We were delayed numerous time getting in to our room. We were not even able to check in by 4:00 PM. and finally said to just hold our room and we would be back later. We asked for complimentary water in our room and were told No, that I did not have enough reward sand commented on who I booked through. I travel frequently and have not stayed in a hotel without complimentary water for years ! It is inexcusable that we could not check in by 4:00 PM. The 2 different staff we encountered trying to check in did not seen knowledgeable in their jobs. Their personalities did not match with what a company should want for a customers first impression.

Sierra was really helpful and professional. ✔️ in was easy. Great location.

If I pay 200 bucks for a room I should not need to pay $7 to park. Coffee? No coffee in the morning? Breakfast? Bed was like sleeping on a futon. Furniture especially couch uncomfortable could not sit on it comfortably. Frankly, room was dated.
