Front desk staff were friendly.
First day cleaning service banged on our door at 9am when check out wasn't until 11 waking me up. Then the second night again they banged on our door twice when we had the do not disturb sign on telling them we still had time and the lady was very rude

it wasn’t far from where we need to be.
supposed to be able to check in at 2:00. we arrived at 2:45 and they didn’t know if there was a clean room. my daughter is handicapped and I needed to change her brief and be at our appointment at 3:30. I was able to get into a room and do my job and get to the appointment in time. It was just weird that they didn’t have rooms ready on time. We also didn’t have a working TV. They were supposed to adjust the bill but my account shows no adjustment yet.

This was a nice hotel. It had a hot tub and swimming pool, which felt nice after a long day of traveling or hiking. The staff was polite and courteous. The beds were nice, we all woke up refreshed. I am not a breakfast eater, but my husband was very happy with all the choices. His favorites were the sausage and a blueberry granola bar.
The lighting in the bathroom is not super bright. This could be good because you can not see the winkles. I just do not have the best eyesight. When applying makeup I take off my glasses so because of this I like harsh bright light so I can see.

The bed was a little lumpy/ hard for my tastes; also would have loved an extra blanket available in the room.

I liked the staff. I liked how clean it was. Also liked that we could park in the lot right in front of where our room was. It was a good stay all in all.
I believe that the hotel was too far and on the edge of town. I also thought that 260 was a little ridiculous to stay in Prinveille. I will be staying with family next time because those are vegas prices. would you choose to go to Vegas or Prineville?

the outside is clean and the landscape is beautiful , I personally like that the floors are laminate and not carpet.

It was in the perfect position for where we were visiting. Checking was relatively quick and the hotel seemed clean.
After flushing the toilet once in the room it immediately overflowed and they had no other rooms for us.
