The location is excellent. I truly enjoyed the quiet nature of the hotel. There was a nice balance of families and people staying without kids.
I especially enjoyed the hotels’ eclectic nature and their parrot friends that lived in the lobby. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
The rooms were spacious and the overall vibe felt historic without it feeling old and musty.
I was expecting a little larger outdoor pool. Some areas of the hotel and rooms were looking a little outdated (though I recognize the hotel vibe leaned towards antique), but could still use a little overhaul without taking away from the look and feel.

The location and the restaurant food.
Room was too small. No place to put 2nd suitcase, bathroom way too small, way too many pillows and no where to put them except on the floor. Soda and snack machines way too far away and not easy to locate.
