Good location for our one night stay near family.
Front desk clerk provided us a room change when asked since we were first provided a room outside the elevator doors.
Beds were comfortable.
My husband liked his breakfast/made himself an egg sandwich.
- We had a family event which required us to stay here on this date. Ridiculously overpriced for a mid scale hotel stay even with it being Apple Festival. I recently stayed on the grand canal in Venice for less per night stay. Feel like this was price gouging.
- The front desk clerk was dressed extremely causally: jeans and a graphic tshirt - really? She spoke on her phone while checking us in. She was obviously on a personal call. Pulled the phone away from her mouth to provide the room number and breakfast hours but did not put the phone down or hang up. No professionalism at all.
The coffee in the specialty machine and at breakfast was just terrible. Barely brown water.
