Don’t do it

The customer service was okay from the from desk, the manager was really nice as well.

This place needs serious renovations. I viewed 4 rooms all of them stunk, there was trash in one room, 2 rooms had hair in the sheets, the toilets & microwaves were disgusting. The fridges had so much rust. I wouldn’t dare stay there again. Their rooms should be no more than $50-60.

This place was dirty, broken toilet. Staff not around. Would NEVER recommend hall's smelled of smoke and burnt food.

I waisted my money and got no rest!

The appearance was nice outside

The people above me moved furniture stomped ran and made noise from check in until now as I write this at 3:39 AM the guy at the desk was no help stated he went up there in which i doubt. My Tv nor my toilet is working and tub is dirty I was told to come back at 8am keep in mind z heck out is 11 I am highly upset and unhappy and this was a birthday getaway very disappointed .

Unprofessional, disrespectful, nasty people and hotel.

Hotel manager put me and my four children out after I paid, the night before the toilet overflowed and flooded LITERALLY MY WHOLE ENTIRE ROOM !!! I went to desk four times about the plumbing stopping up and they handed me a plunger.... and when the room actually flooded they was "appalled" and blamed me and my children when I told them about it since I arrived.. it took them 2 hours to change my room RIGHT NEXT DOOR. 3' OF WATER AND FECES EVERYWHERE... BEST PART IS, THEY WONT GIVE ME A REFUND... LITERALLY PUT MY CHILDREN AND I OUT RIGHT AFTER I PAID AND REFUSED A REFUND !!!

The only good thing about my stay was that the lady at the front desk was super nice

The worst hotel the only good thing The staff was nice. The beds were uncomfortable and looked like cot frames And it was cold to sleep .They only had sheets on the bed no kind of comforter. The shower had no hot water the shower drain looked gross all rusted the appliances were rusted the toilet didn't flush and I had to lift the back of the toilet to pull the chain to flush it.the elevator was creepy and old.I was scared of getting stuck in it there was 4 of us when I booked room and there was only 2 towels and had to ask for 2 more towels .will never stay at this hotel again. The only good part of the stay was the lady at the desk was super nice.

Absolutely nothing!!!!

I didn’t like the fact the hotel wasn’t clean at all! The receptionist was very bland not friendly which was the first mistake with me proceeding to check in, he took about three to four minutes to become present! I’m not sure if he was asleep, on break or doing other duties. He gave me two papers stating the first one to sign acknowledging that there was absolutely no smoking in the rooms otherwise there’s a $250 fee and second form was the amount due and he proceeded to give me the room key. I then entered the door to get into the elevator which was filthy second red flag! The elevator hasn’t been cleaned in months, trash was on the floor, doors were filled with dirty spots where the workers didn’t bother to clean in months! I proceeded to go to my destinated floor and entered the room walked in the room was stink, refrigerator was rusted, trash on the counter kitchen, bed was filled with hair, no comforter on bed, tv extremely small! Wasn’t in the room more than thirty minutes asked the receptionist for a refund he stated it was non refundable after fifteen minutes! He proceeded to show me a form he didn’t present to me prior to checking in. I asked for the manager he stated they don’t work on weekends! He would write up my complaint and basically it wasn’t anything more he could do. I’ve been calling and expecting to get a return call from management I’ve yet to receive it! I highly will not recommend this MOTEL to anyone! I recommend them to shut down and clean the building thoroughly as soon as possible!

Disgusting on top of disgusting. It was very much over priced and nonrefundable.

NOTHING!!!!!!!

The cable tv was not working and the toilet was running over, disgusting. I should have reported to health inspector. The first room that she showed me, the tv cable wasn't working so she showed me another room, that tv wasn't working so I just settle for no tv but I learned later that night the toilet was running over. I wanted to leave. And the next morning, the office was closed and shut down. There was no one to tell about my experience. I would never recommend that place to anyone. My experience was terrible. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

the moment the door was open the lights flickered. I saw 5 cockroaches in total inside the room and bathroom. There were ants. The room was messy. The bed sheets weren’t clean. The bathroom was dirty.

There is nothing that I like about you, property other than the layout of the parking lot mainly because every day they were unable to give me a room

The fact that I made a reservation for a week and four days in a row they couldn’t provide a room but they were still able to charge me a cancellation fee because they were unable to complete the reservation. Why should I have to pay for that?

the smell was horrible as soon as you walk in , I checked in and was told housekeeping only come every 2 weeks . walked into a dirty room , fridge had mold . tub in bathroom was filthy . they came to shampoo the carpet so we had to walk on a wet floor . and i had a 1 year old child. was very disgusted, didn’t even stay one night , left the same day I checked in will be disputing with my bank.
