Location
We had two rooms and both parties needed to switch rooms. One wasn’t completely cleaned and the other the door lock didn’t work. Staff were great about switching rooms for both rooms.

very close to I 71, good varied breakfast, printed out a schedule for the tennis tournament every day, had a $10 per person per leg taxi service available to the venue. rooms were large and well appointed. No issues at all! plenty of stores and restaurants in ferry nearby
was maybe slightly higher than I would normally pay for that level of hotel but it was during the tournament so understandable.

Breakfast was good, alot of seating and options.
Our room: Brown stuff, maybe poop, running down the bathroom door, coffee splashed all in sink, foul smell in room, none of the USB ports worked, half the room sockets didn't work, hair on the shampoo bottle BEFORE we had used it.
