I enjoyed my stay at this motel. It was convenient and good value for my stay in New Orleans, and the Downtown area was a short drive away. I wouldn't walk around the local area, but the motel and site itself felt safe. Most of the personnel on reception were helpful and friendly, particularly the main manager. The breakfast was also plentiful and a bonus addition to my stay, as was the use of the washing machine.

It was convenient to the freeway
Those wooden picnic tables in front of the building. And it was not clean around the picnic tables.

Cheap and affordable. Also the complimentary breakfast.
The location is awful. In a very ghetto part of town. My room also left a little to be desired in terms of cleanliness but that’s to be expected from a place like this with this price.
