Disappointed!

The room was clean. WiFi and Cable connections were good. The microwave and refrigerator came in handy. The shower had good pressure.

The location was sketchy and difficult to find. No amenities whatsoever except hand soap. A few fast food joints that were only open as drive through at 7pm.The "sitting area was about 4 x 5 in front of the air conditioning unit. Chairs were plastic stack type., those had to be used for luggage. Electrical outlets for charging not good, In order to use bathroom person on opposite side and to walk sideways. There was one overhead light, curtains needed to be open. This facaility was not what we expect when booking with Booking.com

loved the hotel will stay there again and I highley recommend it

bed was super soft and comfortable the room was clean and roomy and the pillows was nice and soft restrooms was clean and spacious and close to several shopping centers and near the freeway and it was not noisey nice and quiet stay

one of the beds had took up most of the space between the wall to get to the restroom but we managed to sqeeze through it and it wasnt a big deal

Very good

Really clean room, modern furniture. There is a fridge and a microwave so that was handy.The neighbourhood is a little sketchy, but during daylight it's okay. There is a bus stop going downtown at 5 minutes walk

Very good

One of the cleanest places along that stretch of town. It was a little rough area but never felt unsafe. They kept it very clean around the rooms and the room itself was clean. If you just need a place to sleep and then go it will be perfect.

Room was very small and the bed sounded like a drum and wasnt real comfortable.

Would highly consider staying again the next visit to NOLA area.

Incredible value for the proximity to downtown and cleanliness. Super quick check-in. The location was a little sketchy, but wasn’t as concerned with security due to the hotel layout.

Only real issue was the thin flat metal bed trim around the bed footing. Just created a weird noise and was a weird choice.

Property and furnishings are somewhat date and motel room freshness and air quality must be improved

Locks on motel room doors must be changed so that only guest-issued card works to open door everytime. Front desk attendant had to open my room for me twice during my stay.

The property is somewhat overpriced for an older Motel .

Staff was friendly. Location is generally quiet at night.

I noticed a bad odor when I entered the room. I requested a change but that was not honored. There is a damp musty smell in the bath. I noticed a smoke or burn stain on the bath fan and a stain on the wall behind the toilet I couldn't remove with cleaning. I had to reset the clock on microwave twice due to the power going out when I was gone. The Wifi signal was lost on a few occasions.The toilet began draining slowly, and I requested maintenance and was brought a plunger and asked to do the job myself. After insisting, housekeeping took care of the issue. My security door entry alarm went off during my stay when I was away. The motel did not answer the phone for more than 15 minutes. When I did speak with them from work, they said nothing happened although my alarm system showed door entry.

Bad

I love the location.

I love the hotel I've stayed there before but this time I went to the hotel, the lady gave me the key to the room and when i open the door to my room it was so nasty that it never was clean, they had food and trash on the table and the bed was not made. I went back to let the lady know about the room being not clean she had an attitude and gave me another room after she went to check the room. When I made it to the new room she gave me the room was stankey and the bed was also, when I reported the room to her over the phone she yell and screaming saying come get your money back and she put me out the room

Disappointing

The motel was fair in ALL it’s aspects , except for WiFi which was TERRIBLE !

The WiFi was TERRIBLE ! We stayed there between March 13th>>18th 2020 . Already on 1st day I complained regarding WiFI . I continued complaining on 2nd & 3rd day ! There was WiFi connection for several minutes and then 1/2 hours DISCONNECTION ! When I addressed reception they replied ( each time different excuse ) : Wind , whole area does not have connection and the climax of lady owner : WiFi -sometimes on & sometimes off ! . On 3rd day I urged to reception and told owner : I want my money BACK - due to lack of WiFi ( we wanted to book attractions in New Orleans - that time was still available before canceling due to Corona - but we COULD’T : NO Internet ) . I tried to contact Booking.com ON PHONE ( On Line was impossible - no Internet ) , and I waited almost one hour on phone line - booking phone was busy . I could not contact otherwise Booking.com , And I’m doing it NOW , after returning home ( from USA trip ) : I want my money BACK , since the Motel has ruined a major part of our New Orleans Tour !
