Staff was great, accommodating and great communication. Very comfortable beds and everything in the room worked.
Parking lot is very icy and dirty. Rooms are dated and you can hear a fair bit through the walls. Pool was out of service but was communicated with me prior to my stay.

great location for getting to everything
amenities we booked with we not available, breakfast area did not have any juice or water which was a bit of an inconvenience as a family member is allergic to coffee/hot chocolate, but chocolate/white milk were available
