The room was super nice, clean, and spacious. King bed was very comfortable. the breakfast was very good. Especially liked the updated coffee machines. Fresh coffee at your fingertips!

The Holiday Inn Express was well located. It looked like this Holiday Inn had recently gone through a renovation as the decor was fresh and lovely in the sitting areas, the carpets looked new and the bedroom decor, furniture and bedding looked new. The bedroom and bathroom were well sized with plenty of space to move around. Coffee was available throughout the day (in the foyer). It was great to have access to the swimming pool (40 deg celcius and humid)
On checking in, we were not informed that daily cleaning of our room needed to be requested. Even when requested, it sometimes only happened at 4pm (very late)
For breakfast, the juice dispenser was broken for the duration of our 6 night stay and no alternative was offered. When food was consumed, we were told that no more would be made (even though it was 45 minutes before the end of breakfast period)
