It was clean and spacious.
There was no one on site. The heater would not shut off. We tried everything. Thank goodness it wasn’t hot outside so we just opened up windows. There are no gutters above the doorway so when there was a rainstorm we got soaked from the dripping off of the roof just punching in the code.

Prefect location for easy quick access to the beach and down town Long Beach. Very private
The place could have been cleaner upon our arrival. The front of the oven and some dishes and silverware were dirty in the cabinets.

Loved the location and it was a beautiful property
The only complaint is that the pull out bed was almost unbearable to sleep on even for our 8 year old. He could feel every spring in the mattress.

It was quiet. We liked the backyard. We liked the location. Pillows were comfortable. Plenty of towels. The deck was good but furniture needs updating
1-the lock system must be replaced. It was horrible. We couldn’t get in. We called the desk person at the hotel, which was not our property, luckily a man walked by who saw struggling and said yes, that key sticks and brought us a actual key to use since the keypad doesn’t work.
2-you must put in some kind of rugs to wipe the sand off your feet from the deck to the back door and into the kitchen.
3-we couldn’t believe there were absolutely zero hangers and no hooks on the bathroom wall or anywhere on any of the doors to hang things. We had three women with no
hangers.
4 -the fireplace was inoperable.
5 -the kitchen was very sparsely equipped. It needs to have small plates, it needs to have mixing bowls with tops, needed to have some type of plastic bowls with lids.
6-all there was no where to sit -all there was a the kitchen table and a sofa. There were no chairs where you could sit facing each other. There were no chairs in the bedrooms to sit on. 7-The bathroom needs to have a soap dish or supply liquid soap dispenser as it got very gummy. There’s no place in the shower to set soap or shampoo. I think so
8- The lighting in the kitchen was nonexistent. We had to bring over a floor lamp to put a little bit of light when we were trying to cook.
