Overall the room was clean. I used the fitness room, which was nice. They have coffee and tea all day.
The staff didn't do a great job of explaining the payment with security deposit because I asked to make sure it was on correct card. They said yes, but then it wasn't. And didnt offer to make sure it was. Just kept saying deposit would go back.
The room had a strong unique smell to it and the air conditioner was noisy.
