Wifi was difficult to make work, TV didn't work well, front desk staff less than helpful

Breakfast was not that good. The person assigned to keep it stocked didn't keep up with the amount of people and so some of the food wasn't available and some was dried out because it had been sitting there too long.

It was nice

Breakfast was great. The server there was really nice. The pool was empty. The gym had caution tape hung up.

Met my desires

It was very clean and homey.

Unfortunately something happened around the hotel that caused the hotel to turn off the water, making getting ready in the morning difficult. The staff was apologetic but since I booked through you I may not be able to get a discount.

the stay was comfortably and in a world that’s very unsafe I felt very safe here and my vehicle was safe as well

close to what I was doing and very comfortable and safe

I stayed bc of the ice storm in Eugene. The staff was friendly and helpful even under the stressful situation happening

Nice large room with plenty of space. A kitchenette incl dishwasher. Laundry facilities at no extra charge along with complimentary laundry fdetetgent. Great breakfast buffet

Clean, comfortable room and great service!

Room was great and the amenities were thoughtful: kitchen in room, laundry on site, pool etc. Location is great! Staff at desk was very helpful.

The free breakfast is a pass. I would rather just have a great cup of free coffee. The food is not good and the coffee is terrible. I am sorry to be negative but I couldn’t drink it.

Fit the bill for my stay.

Breakfast was great. Not the usual waffles and cereal. Several egg choices, muffins, etc. Nice to have small kitchen in room... with dishwasher even!

Never again!

Didn’t even get breakfast. The break area and line was PACKED with too many people!

It was impossible to sleep because of all the noise from other guests in halls and rooms. It’s like the hotel was built with out insulation???

Convenient. Clean. Great staff!

Sound proofing issues. On a scale of 1-5 with sound proofing worst at 1 & best at 5 it was a 3. Not horrible but annoying. And the hotel should admonish groups of teens boys they cannot watch sports at 1am!

Location was decent, parking was good.

Room was not as clean as it should have been. Honestly looked dirty especially the bathroom. We booked this hotel particularly because it had a breakfast included. When we checked in we were given our room keys in a paper card which had a small note stapled to it mentioning that breakfast was served 6-930. We went down at 6 so we could get an early breakfast and hit the road and we were met with a note at the breakfast area saying no breakfast due to short staffing. …. Seems like somebody could have told us that when we checked in. Pretty disappointing overall and would never stay there again.

Location was great in staff were friendly

The room had some issues namely in the bathroom seemed like it needed some repairs. Shower door not working quite properly as well the fan didn't work in her room

Comfortable room and yummy breakfast

The room was well-appointed, an accommodating kitchenette, and the shower was good. The beds were really comfortable and the black out blinds were great. They had a great breakfast with multiple hearty options.

Wifi didn’t work. We pulled in late, & I didn’t want to try & fix it then. The front desk gave me an alternative password in the morning. It appears Hilton wants you to sign up for emails/ads in order to qualify for free Wifi. Frustrating.

Decent room, better for a longer stays

Decent stay in the downtown area. Suitable for longer stay as has all the kitchen facilities in the room. Large room and good beds, view at the street. Parking is included (need to collect a parking permit from the front desk).

The room is decent and clean, but not "cozy". That is, just not for my taste. Breakfast is of a standard American type (very basic).

Got the job done. I arrived, I slept, I left. And I didn’t die in the process.

Pre-checkin and checkout both worked flawlessly. Staff was friendly and greeted us as we came in. Even recommended a local bfast cafe and asked us about it as we returned. Room was clean and everything worked.

Room seemed to be designed by an accountant optimizing for efficient use of building space and utility. Even though all checkboxes were checked, to my admittedly rural American-centric aesthetics, it didn’t *feel* like my second home. IMHO

Very accomodating and clean

I really appreciated the breakfast. The staff was so helpful and cheerful in the morning. I enjoyed the dishwear and mugs for coffee. The selection at breakfast was also wonderful. I would also like to mention that I really appreciated the parking lot and having a safe place to park the car that was included in the cost of the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay

There was only one working elevator. This was a little inconvenient, it would have been nice for someone to point out an alternative, such as the location on the stairs to decrease the elevator wait.

It did the job, but I was hoping for something nicer.

Spacious room with large kitchen area. Generous breakfast options. Nice selection of snacks for purchase at the front desk. Ample parking.

In general, the place is starting to show some wear/age. The pool was COLD. No hot tub. Skimpy toiletries and no conditioner offered. The location seemed a bit sketchy- likely due to the proximity to the transit center.

The set up of the room, the bed was very comfortable, nice room amenities.

The room was 75 when we got in, and the air conditioner was very loud.
