Everything was updated and clean - there were a lot of amenities and staff was so nice.
The neighbors above us make a lot of noise jumping and running around
Parking was very tight - definite an issue for door dings....

The hotel is exactly what you expect with one exception - the gym was better than expected!
If I had to point out one negative it would be that you have to pay for breakfast.

Very convenient location to U of O sports venues, which is what we went to see. The bed was comfortable and the room was cozy with all the amenities.
Breakfast was at the Starbucks outlet right next to the lobby and a tad expensive for what was offered. (Sure, there seemed to be a premium of space, so I understand the hotel not providing meal service.) The parking slots were very narrow, not just those that were labelled for compact cars.
