Good

The beach was very nice I enjoyed that and the water was nice too 😊

When I opened my door, I could smell wet mildew, so I went into the bathroom and it was terrible. It was the shower curtain it needed to be replaced or washed with bleach. I went to Walmart got air freshener for the bathroom. It helped a little, but I guess I should’ve bought some Lysol instead or asked housekeeping for a new shower curtain. 😞 Also there was long black hair on the bath tub towel and in the sink also 😬

Location was perfect. Marion’s , Suzy Brews, and Gs pizza are a must! Nice beach and great proximity to the dock and to downtown.

Could hear things clearly from other rooms. Dirty. Plastic drink cups, a shirt, and a dirty bandaid on the stairs. Supposed to be non smoking, wasn’t. The evening/night desk staff was rude - having to check me in was inconvenient. Place is way overpriced for what is offered. High speed internet was a joke. Restaurant is overpriced and the food is not good. Does not have an elevator. You’d be better off with a small cabin rental with a lake view

Stay for the location, not the service.

The location was ideal. Live music at the beach bar each day was nice.

Don't eat breakfast at the hotel restaurant! Staff is so disorganized and inefficient - took an hour to get our very simple breakfasts (2 people). Our room was to have been cleaned on day 3 - it wasn't. Hotel parking lot was allowed to fill with non-guests, leaving guests with no place to park (although parking was part of our fee). Front desk staff was rude.

Great place for kids and adults!

Love the beach , the food and drinks here are all great. The location is close to everything in town . Staff was nice.

My TV did not work in the room and no one could fix it. We asked for a broom or vacuum because I have kids and someone spilled their chips and they said no. Their were ants in the room and I would’ve vacuumed them up. Not a lot of help regarding room service stuff.

Very good

Did not eat there. Location was nice and we could walk to eat at Barnacle Bill's. Beach was pleasant.

Outdoor cushions had not had protective covers put on, therefore we got damp as we sat outdoors reading. We had booked 2 nights, but on morning 2, our door cards did not work until we took them to the front desk. The clerk seemed unaware we'd booked 2 nights, and made no apology.

Food was delicious. Pool and sauna were nice.

Don’t think I would want the same room we stayed in during the summer. Too close to outside bar and not much view

When we checked in there was a note saying the pool was closed for half of our stay, so we ended up getting a refund and

we love that it has a bar and restaurant on site, so we really don’t have to leave if we don’t want to.

No elevator, so you have to take stairs with your luggage.

very welcoming when you walked in. very accommodating to my walking disability. loved the restaurant and bar inside the hotel. the food is absolutely scrumptious. specialty cocktails were amazing. our room was very comfortable and we slept like babies. we will be back for sure.

Ehhhh , new owners have a lot of work .

The location was very convenient.

The entire place is outdated, the 70’s want it back. The restaurant and bar were nice and the food was good but very very little. I had the perch - $22 for 4 tiny pieces the size of my bic lighter . Each piece was only one bite, hence 1 bite for $5.50. I tried to go to sleep while the smoke detector was chirping every 15-20 mins. Once I finally fell asleep I was awoken to the train blowing its horn right across the street relentlessly (it has to blow at every street) . The employee divulged information to me about the new owners and how they are clueless on how to run a hotel . The tub in the room was remodeled (incorrectly ) leaving large gaps that are accepting water and eventually producing mold . The heater worked flawlessly . Countertops were cheap and outdated (postform laminate from a big box store ) . The views are great on the water , the photos are cheap and dirty , in one photo you can see the markings from the sticker where the frame was purchased and size due to dust/dirt on the glass .

Loved the beach being so close, and a beverage bar right on the beach. Delighted it had a restaurant on site so we didn't have to leave the premises.

Would have like the duck dropping cleaned from the sidewalk.

We booked a last minute get away and found this lodging quite pleasant.

Breakfast was very tasty and a larger portion than I really needed. Wait staff in restaurant was pleasant. Front desk staff were pleasant. We did enjoy listening to the Karaoke in the lounge.

We didn't care much for the getting coupons to spend on drinks in the lounge/restaurant. It seemed like a bit tacky way to get customers to spend more at the place.
