Clean. Restaurant and lobby was beautiful. Customer service was impeccable.
The beds were hard and the center of my bed was higher than the sides. The whole mattress seemed to slope downwards on either side making it extremely uncomfortable. I have had two back surgeries and teetering on my side to avoid rolling toward the edge absolutely tore up my back.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was very good for my purpose. The staff was responsive to my needs.
The breakfast was served cold. When I arrived in the breakfast area there were no eggs. I waited a few minutes for the attendant to bring more and was standing at the egg section when she loaded them in the hot station. They were cold! Not warm - cold. The potatoes and bacon, also in the warming device were cold.
