Quality Inn Zephyrhills-Dade City

Very cool with my dogs. Front desk clerk was cool. My wife and I walked into the room and immediately saw a roach alive in the bathtub. No big deal, its rainy season in Florida quite normal. My wife told the front desk clerk and she told us to tell the Mgr. Tina in the morning. Well the wife mentioned it to Tina who im turn offered a $50 discount on the next day. We did not ask nor expect any type of discount. Later that night we were in bed and we both noticed another roach haulin ass across the wall. He was on a mission he lasted a whole 4 minutes. We told the front desk clerk about the quick little sucker. So the next morning we checkout only to set a reservation later that night.. we walk into the front desk to get our room and Tina the Mgr. says she doesn't think she will accept our reservation because of us telling the clerk about ALL THE ROACHES. I explained to her that we were both local and new the rainy season in Florida no big deal. Your wife said the roach jumped on her head. Now it's getting comical Tina wouldn't bend she would not allow us to stay in roach infested hotel. She continued to say that my wife just wanted discounts. So we went down the road for 7 days might I add...Not 1 bug.

The Mgr. Tina and all her pretentious power. Haha

I did not have breakfast this stay. I always stay at this hotel when I come to town. The rooms are ALWAYS clean and the staff always friendly.

Elevator was out of order, we had to have the shower curtain replaced because it was dirty and smelled sour. Killed 2 roaches in the room. Floors were dirty. Our feet were black. People sitting around smoking outside both front and back doors were very sketchy. Didn’t feel safe the entire time we were there.
