Breakfast was good .....fruit was a little old looking. The room size was good bed was comfy!!
The floor in the room was a bit dirty and there was some sort of spot on the floor by the book that looked like someone or something threw up! We did not get clean towels for the second day and since I was told this place was recently upgraded they could have done a better job on the bathroom shower. And the mirror should have been a non fog mirror as the trim on the bottom of the mirror was rusted.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. We liked the complimentary water bottles and cookies. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was decent. The late check out at 12:00 was nice to have, even though we were unable to use it.

Hotel was modern and fairly clean, as were the rooms.
The hotel was so humid, and the thermostat didn’t seem to work. Despite settling it to a low temperature, it never turned on until 4am. Also, sadly despite booking through Booking.com, it caused a lot of confusion at check-in as it was third-party. We were then charged a fee the following morning as a “no show.” This was taken off and the woman at the desk was helpful, but it was frustrating as it took a week for it to come off of our credit card statement.
