The experience was better than expected. The staff, specifically the manager Ruhul and Anthony, were welcoming and kind. The room was small, but it was the perfect size for two people. It was clean and ready for us. There was nothing missing. We had the coffee in the morning and it was lovely.
It was a five-minute walk to the train station, and there were a lot of convenience stores nearby.
The only thing I didn't like was there was no mini fridge in the room. However, we were able to go downstairs to get water and ice. You pay for what you get as far as the facility. We were able to enjoy both Brooklyn and Manhattan. However, as fat as the treatment, you get a lot more than that. It was only smiles and politeness.

Walkable to subway, good value for the price. Free coffee in lobby in morning. Reception staff on duty most of the time 24/7 for very early checking out. We were also able to check in 1 hr earlier .
Shower’s water was either scalding hot or icy cold, very hard to get a warm temperature. Rooms are not well sound insolated, i heard neighbors have really loud $ex at 1am .

Close to sub way station.
Noisy at night especially Friday and Saturday.
Poor check in staff.
Took our credit card room deposit twice then claimed never received it.Manager assured the refund would be sorted. One month later still awaiting a refund
No replies to my emails concerning repayment to me.
Do not recommend this hotel.
