There is so much to love about the property but my favorites were the beautiful garden, the stained glass built into the walls, the antique mirror in the entrance, and the available contemporary as well as classic books! Also, Joseph was very helpful when needed.
The location was a short skip and jump from the Ralph Avenue Subway Station, which easily got me where I needed to go.
I arrived during a time where Brooklyn was dealing with lots of mosquitos, however, Josef provided mosquito coils located in the garden, which was very helpful!

The apartment is stunning & bigger than we imagined. The location is beautiful & Joseph is a really friendly person. We would definitely recommend!
