Overall a good clean hotel literally steps away from public transit (buses and trains). The staff was perfect - zero complaints!! The surrounding neighborhood is interesting. There are several good restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. One small complaint - the door to the room had a pretty big gap at the bottom so you kind of hear everything going on in the hallway. Luckily the other guests around weren’t noisy. If I go back to Brooklyn I would probably stay there again

Big room which was clean. Some repairs needed. Minor. Overall good. Amenities were minimal.

The staff at the hotel were so helpful and caring. They were top notch.
The thing that was annoying and keeping us up at night was the subway. It was so loud in our room which was on the 5 th floor and window towards the subway. The other thing that kept us up was there was a bar across the street so a whole bunch of drunk people screaming and hollering outside anywhere from 12 AM to 3 AM..
