Great stay! Would stay here again!

Very pretty decor. Clean feel.

Smelled funny until temp was lowered to 70. Then it was better.

Good

Our room was lovely, nice view of beach. Very clean.

There is no ramp out to the beach from condo, just three sets of steep stairs. Not friendly for folks who are disabled. We wouldn't stay at this condo again.

Would have been good except for beach construction.

Location and facilities good. View is outstanding.

We were not notified of beach renourishment project which resulted in no beach access by condo. Also loud construction equipment day and night got annoying.

On the beach!

Location was fantastic! Condo was clean and easily accessible. Comfortable and cozy

Air conditioner went out the day before we left. 78-80 degrees inside.

Superb

I was not fond that we put so much money into staying in this lovely hotel room just to have to provide our on trash bags. I feel as if maybe providing three extra ones would’ve been more accommodating. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

Exceptional

Right next door to Schooners Easy access to beach Close yet still far enough away from the "nightlife".

No hot water in the hall bathroom or kitchen sinks. Would've been nice to have beach chair rental included in the room price.

Good

Being right next to one of our favorite restaurants, Schooners, was a big plus. It was nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle from spring break but you're still close to everything you need like places to eat and things to do. The view is great, heated pool while beach water is still too cold was nice as well. The condo was very nice and comfortable, minus no rugs.

There were no rugs what so ever in the room. Being at the beach, dealing with sand and not having something to brush all the sand off with is not comfortable. Getting into the parking garage was an ordeal. My property didn't give me the code that is needed to park and get into the building. I tried to reach out but no one answered the phone during calling hours nor did anyone reach back out to me the whole stay. Thankfully the lady at Vacassa on site was able to give me the code!

Seychelles 1504

We visited at the end of September. The crowds were small which we like. The parking garage had plenty of spots, and the 3rd level has carts for you to bring your stuff to your room. Our room was decorated very cute. The bed was comfy. The bunks in the hall were fine for my 10 year old. The kitchen seemed supplied well, but we only made coffee here. The views from the 15th floor were amazing. Being right on the beach I could look out over the ocean to watch the sunset and dolphins that swam by multiple times a day. They had a few games to play. There was a small washer and dryer in the unit. The only thing I didn’t find that I needed was a hair dryer. The cleanliness was above average. The 2 pools downstairs were kept very clean and the hot tub was nice in the colder days. We used the gym in the mornings and they were equipes per usual with 1 treadmill, 2 bikes, free weights, and some leg and arm machines. I feel I was able to get in a good workout. The condos were also located right next to a restaurant where you could walk up from the beach and get food and drinks. This WBA’s super convenient. Overall this trip was great and I would definitely stay here again.
