The house was clean, roomy & convenient to local beaches & restaurants
The sofa sectional needs replacing. You will bottom out when sitting in different areas of the sectional.

The size and layout was good. Pool was great snd the beach wasn’t too far to walk or drive for a parking space. The house was secure and private. I liked that it had a full kitchen. Bathrooms and towels were clean.
The kitchen wasn’t the best equipped and a few things had to be washed before use because there were bits of food on them from previous visitors. There wasn’t a good range of pots or baking trays and there were no filters for the coffee. Maybe more tea towels would be better and an all purpose cloth and washing sponge would be nice. The beds were a bit smelly though the sheets were clean and I don’t think I could have used one of the stored blankets. The kitchen floor was sticky when we arrived.
