I would not come back and am dissappointed with the managements response to drug paraphernalia found in the room as if i
it was close to restaurants and stores
the room had a heavy smell of smoke. the toilet was dirty and had an odd odor. I had to move the sofa in the room to grab something that fell under it. in moving the sofa I found two broken crack cocaine pipes. when I informed the staff they blamed it on the area and when I stated that basic cleaning of the room would mitigate that they didn’t seem to care. I also explained further concern as one pipe was broken and I could have cut myself and the manager didn’t seem to care. there was no effort to correct the issue.

Pleasant
There was no coffee machine in the room and I didn't notice any in the lobby. It was clean enough, except maybe for some of the edges. Might stay there again because of the location, but I'm not sure. The staff was very nice.
Main problem was paper thin walls Other problem was the charge to my credit card (which I did sign) was $3 more than what booking.com said it would be. Not a huge problem, but I was still surprised.

O/10 do not recommend. The ONLY positive is the lady who checked us in was kind.
The woman who worked at the front desk and checked us in was very nice/friendly.
The room appeared okay when we walked in... we did notice the window was opened, which we thought was weird, but we were staying here because we were going to Disneyland, so we didn't check out everything right away. We checked in to our room, dropped off our bags, closed the window, and then left to Disneyland right away. We then left Disneyland around 10pm and headed straight to the hotel. Remember what I said about the window being opened upon arrival? Well, it was very obvious the reason the window was opened was to attempt to air out the smell of smoke from the room. When we came back to our room, we opened the door and clearly smelled the disgusting cigarette smoke, but we knew there was no way we'd find another room so late at a nice hotel. So we showered and got ready for bed. As soon as I lifted the duvet, my husband and I immediately noticed the white sheets were visibly stained, and there were cigarette burns all throughout the sheets and the blanket!!! We were supposed to be staying in a "non-smoking" room. So not only did our room have a bad smell, our sheets were so awfully stained and filled with cigarette burns. My husband called the front desk to let them know. They apologized and said they'd come up and give us new sheets... 20 minutes later they came by with new sheets. We opened those and they were also filled with cigarette burns!! We ended up sleeping on top of the duvet and used our own blanket for the night. The next morning at 6:30am we got up and were ready to check out. My husband stayed in the room to finish packing up our things while I went to the lobby to check out. When I was returning the keys a different worker from the one who checked us in was there. He asked me if I locked the door when I left, which I thought was weird! I thought all hotel doors were self locking??? Anyway, he made it clear that we needed to lock the door on our way out.

I've still recommended if you desperate or need something last min.
What I did like was the staff was very helpful when it came to check in and to answering questions. The area is pretty prime since it down the street from the Fullerton station and is surrounded by shops and places to eat. Especially since it was 2nd closest to Anaheim and lots of Anaheim hotels were pricey that I was looking at what else was available.
Well did have some issues. Like room I got the bed had a big hole in blanket, 1st time I got a towel with a hole in it and was next door or few units down from someone who left there tv on the whole night and had volume up too much that I could hear it, also pool wasn't available. But after words did bring it to there attention on check out that they took my feedback seriously.
